Fatal Accident.
Kicked to Death by a Horse* (united press association.) DuNEDiy, May 19. Henry Hicks, a settler, at Mosgiel lost his life on Satin day, by; .being kicked by his horse. As the animal was warm lie wont behind it to throw a bag over it's b'aok, and the animal (Struck out kicking the deceased with great force m the , abdomen. He lingered ' till Sunday morning, when he died. He leaves a widow tind nine children.
