THE INTERCOLONIAL CONFERENCE.
Negotiations regarding the forthcoming International Conference on the Egyptian question are still proceeding. The Egyptian Government, m furtherance of its claim to a voice m the delibarations, proposed to appoint Nubar Pasha, President of the Egyptian Council of Ministers, as its representative, but the British Government objected to the Egyptian Premier attending the Conference.
