Mr Perkins, who appeared for the applicant, pointed out that Mr Clifford only purchased tht lease ot the pre noises on the 28th February last, and therefore he could not comply with the terms of ih» JMct, - tie. t 1 — to give 21 blear days notice of intention to ' apply for tfaWeV. ; The required notice had been published m the Staitdakd, and posted outside the HoteL He would ask that a temporary transfer be granted until next meeting otthe Bench m June: ; '■ the Bench granted the application as requested. This being the only business, the Court ■ adjourned.
