Important Local Industry. A meeting of those interested m es^ tablishment of a soap and candle factory m Palmerston is convened for next "Wednesday evening at the Town Hall, which, it is to be hoped, will lead to desirable resUitf-. There can be no two opinions as to the great benefit that must inevitably occur to the whole district should such aii industry be k established on an extensive scnle, and we trust the public will promote the project by every means m their power.
