In concluding his report on the crops on the coast, the agriculturist reporter of the Patea Mail says :-4-" I must .say that an unfounded report has. been telegraphed from Wangauui tosouthern papers that there will be only a return of seven bushels to the acre* In no case, no matter how. blighted,, have I foind a field, that will yield less than 15 bushels per acre, while the: greater portion will give over 30 bushels, and even as high as 45 bushes." . .. ; .
