The Late Disaster. The Government Censured. Egyptian Policy Condemned. HeHerfar Tokar. Gordon Pasha's Mission. (by electric telkgraph.-copyrlght.) (reutke's telegrams.) London, February 13. In the IJouse of Lords last night, a motion of the Marquis of Salisbury condemning the Egyptian policy of tho Government was adopted by a majority of one hundi'ed votes. In the House of Commons a motion by Sir Stafford Nqrthoote that the recent disasters to Egyptian arms m Soudan are the results of the wavering policy of the Government m connection with Egypt c.ime up for discussion, T*he .Premiers statement was similar to that delivered during the afternoon by Earl Granville m the House of Lords but Mr Gladstone announced m addition that Lord Wolsely has instructed General Stevenson by telegram to send Colonial Graham with a portion of the British garrison at Cairo to relieve Tokar. Mr Gladstone also stated that telegrams had been received from Gordon Pa^ha re^ porting that he h,ad, been, welcomed on all RJdes dqriu,g his journey through Squ.dan by the inhabitants..
