Baker Pasha Successful. Defeat of the Enemy. Colonel Gordon's Mission* (by electric telegbafh. copybight.) (EEUTFfi's TELEGRAMS ) Caiko, February 2. • News has bee a received here that Baker Pasha, after landing at Trinkat, made a reconnaissance m force, and had a skirmish with the enemy. The latter fled southward, and Baker's cavahy pursued the rebels for miles, killing hundreds of them. Colonel Gordon, who was recently appointed Governor of Soudan, passed through Karosko yesterday, and entered the desert en routo to Khartoum.
