property, whether m one or more tenements, i-- valued on the valuation roll at less than fifty pounds, he shall have one vote. (2). If such property is so valued at not less than fifty but lessithan one hundred pounds, ,, he shall have two vote?. (3). Jf such property is-so valued at not less than one hundred and fifty pounds, he sha!f have three votes. (4). If such property is so valued at not less than one hundred and fifty but less than three hundred aud fifty pounds,, he shall have 'four votes. (5). If such property is valued at three hundred aud fifty pounds and upwards, .ho shall- have five-votes. The " above system of voting applies to the election of Councillors only. ;
