The Wool S;iles Committee have determined to limit next year's wool sales to four series, the first of which is fixed to commeuce on 12th February, provided 400,000 bales shall have then arrived, otherwise the sales will be postponed until the 19th.... (keuter's telegrams.) London, December 22, The first series of next year's colonial wool auctions will open on Febiuary 12. The arrivals to date amount to 30,000 ' bales. The total probable quantity to bo offered, including the quantity held over from last sales, is 400.000 bales. The quantity of new arrivals to be included m the series is restricted by the Importers' Committee to 400,000 bales. It has been decided to hold five series of auctions m 1885.
