The fol- . lowing bi'etbren were ejected, and^, af iefwards duly installed into their" respective chairs by P.D.P. Bishop: — Arch Druid, J. T. "Wood, Finance Secretary, J. S. Jolly,, (both appointments made by the Board of Dirt c tors) ; Vice-Arch Druid, C. E. Shortt; Inner -Guardr J. Andrews ; Outer Guard, • Thort. Jansen.'; A.D; Bards, R. Tingey and J. Bett ; Vice-Bards, J . S. Watchorn and R. E. Cole ; Minute Secretary, A. "W. George; Medical Ofiicer, Dr Marriner; Treasurer, S. M. George; Trustees, F. Stratford, R, Tingey, and G. F. Hawkins. It was resolved to name the Lodge ,s»e " : Oroua Lodge," an 4: the meetings to bo held at the Hall on alternate Tuesdays. A hearty vote of thanks was carried to Bro. bishop by acdumojation for his 'services inf orming t]ie Lodge, and tbe were then brought to a ■close,' Kfter one of the most successful Friondly v Society gatherings lreld iv this district. Mr Bishop returned to Wellington to day.
