The mouth WJis tightly piugg<jd.with a piece, ef. wet rag.. iT (The umbilical cord ■was. -hot tied.. The body wafc pale, and noTdiscblouved. The right side, andback of the head were discoloured and bruised,.. and the scull was prusshed into j small pieces. .The lungs had trhjj appearance of complete inflation, and thjjj.'ewas no, doubt the child Jwaa born alive. Any !pf the mentioned above were sufficient to have caused dea^h> : ,jTjbe jury. -returned a verdict of ■wi^ul^urder against Kate Boyle. • .-■'■. Later. The police to day- laid an information against Kate: Boyle, charging.ber with the wilful iriurdev other infant. ■>. ."
