(by elkctio telegraph— copyright.) (RICUTKR's TELEGRAMB. ) Sydney, December 7. The consideration of the Federal Council Bill concluded this morning, and the draft was adopted by the Convention. The Hon. R. B. Leeve, member of the Legislative Council of Fiji, had an interview with Major Atkinson, for the purpose of representing to him the desire of the Europeans m Fiji for the incorporation of those islands with the colony of New Zealand. Major Atkinson leaves for New Zealand by the Hauroto on the 18th inst., and Mr Wlrittaker by the Wairarapa on the 20th.
