The Government Land SALE.

Thirteen sections were sold under the deferred-payment —a total area of 1340 acres. In nearly every case the pace was higher that the upset figure. These sections were all m the Kopuaranga Survey District. There were also sold eighteen ca~h sections m Kopuaranga, area about 2733 acres ; two m Nukinuki, 206 acres; one m Mungapakeha, 223 acres ; ten iv Puket-e, 4500 acres ; four m Aohanga, 1616 acres ; seven m Kaiwaka, 1953 acres ; two m Rewa, 405 acres; two m Wainuioru, 621 acres ; one io Man^ahao,l26 acres; total, 14,323 acres, omitting fractions.
