[Post.] We regret to learn that Mr E. fl. Hnnt, who has for many yeard carried on the business of wholesale boot manufacturer m this city, has found it neces* sary to call his creditors together, for whose ben >fit he has assigned bis estate to Messrs J. B. Harconrt, and T. W. Youog.
