PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Manchester Road Board proposes to construct the following roads, or part thereof within the Manchester Road District, under the provision of the Roads and Bridges Con* structicn Act, 1882, relating to district Roads, viz. :— 1. Whibley's, Mangaone Junction, Valley and Midland, Wilson's, Ulysses, Jones, Makara, Bunny-. thorpe, pur and Taonm Roads. The estimated cost thereof is £18,083 2s 6d. 2. The amount of payment required on tJ.e above is £1623 annually for filteen years, and the amount of special rate required to meet this is one and one sixth of a penny m the pound on the rateable value of property within the Manchester jioad; Board District. 3.
