Wellington Land Sale.
At Messrs T. K. Macdnnald & Co.'s auction sale of land at Wellington last week, the following properties were sold : —Sections 139, 140, and 141 .Township of Fitzherbert, containing 30 acres ; told to Mr J. E. Nathan for £5 5s per acre. Twenty-seven acres adjoining the Township of Fitzherbert, sold to Mr tf. Millar for £30. Ten acres 2 roods, Township of Woodvilley sold to Mr B. Miller, for £50. Section 1460, Bunnythorpe, coutaininer 10 ncres 1 rood, sold to W. M. Muir, for £2 10s per acre. Suburban sections 49 and 50, Fitzherbert; sold to Mr O. W. Clayton, at £2 10s per acre.
