Volunteer Intelligence.

The Palmerston Rifle Volunteers intend to have a great day on to»morrow week, the Queen's Birthday. They will parade at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and will fire a tew feu de joU at 10 30 in the Pquare. They will afterwards proceed to the butts, accompanied by their band, to hold their annual prize firing. In the evening the volunteer ball will take place, in the Foresters' Hall tickets for which can be procurred from any of the officers of the Company. Altogether a capital programme has been provided, and we trust, fine weather will ensure the complete successof the anniversary colebration.
