THE DUBLIN TRIALS. ANOHIER INFORMER. (by electric telegraph.— copyright.) (reuter's telegrams.) London, April 25. Tha jury m the case of Timothy Kelly, one of the Phoenix Park prisoners, has been discharged, being unable to agree upon a verdict. The trial of Fagan, a fourth of the prisoners who have b.en committed for trial for the murder of Lord Cavendish and Mr Burke, commenced to-day. Another of the prisoners, Joseph' Hanlon, has turned informer.; < \ At Newmarket to-day Prince Batthjani, of Vienna, attache to the Austro- Hungarian Legation at London, died suddenly m the enclosure at the racecourse.
