By request I took particular notice of the qualities of both and the quantities used, when I certainly pre« ferred to use the Brunner Coal, which I did for five weeks. It is a good steaming coal, very clean, no wasteland free from clinker, which I cannot say was the case with the Wesport Coal, there being* a very heavy clinker and a lot of waste.
