B b N^ YTHO R PE- PALMERSTON ROAD. rpHE Manawatu County Council JL having made application under the above Act for the work as specified below, the Poll ot the ratepayers will be taken. 1. The work proposed to be undertaken ! is forming, metalling and culverting of the road leading from the Bunny* thorpe IStation along the Railway ■ Line to Palmereton North. The estimpted cost of the work proposed is £1567 15s 9d. 2. That the amount ot yearly payment to be made is £39 3s lOd, and that the special rate required to b^ made m five farmings m the £ on the rateable value of the district, as specified below : Comprising all those sections included m the 1 square, having for its Western boundary an extension of the division line between sectious 519 and 520, as iar as the Southern boun dary of the Bunny tho» pc Township its Southern boundary the Road Lino adjoining Section tione 520 and 521 ; its Eastern boundary the Road line adjoining Sections 513 and 1527 ; and its Northern boundary a continuation of the iSouib buuudurv of the Township ot Bunnythorpe, also Sections 1527. 1528, 1529, 1530, 1531, 509 to 513, 524 to 526, ]535, 1536. 514, 515, 520, 521, ■522,523,1532,1533,1534. 3. The work proposed to be undertaken is the forming, metalling, bridging : and culverting the road leading through the Fitzherbert Block, from its Northeastern to its Southwestern boundaries. The estimated cost of the work proposed is £5121 17s 6d. 2.
