Maccabe.

We need scarcely remind our readers of the firit appearance of the great MLaccabe to-night, at tho Foresters' Hall. Thispopnlar favourite wilh play. goers ia the Home country for years, and m the Colony recently, is sure to draw a crowded audience, as his talents are of such a versatile and superior order, that his performances have an indescribable charm for old and young alike. We consider Maccabe resembles a link between two generations, with each of which he has established himself a pronounced success, and a genial and popular caterer for their mirth and entert dement. None should lose a ciiance of seeing him on oae of tbe two uighta on which he is to appear here.
