The Game Season.
The season' for shooting wild ducks and other native jjame commenced today, the Governor having issued a warrant appointing the 20th as the opening for the whoh colony, thereby any different dates decided upon by local Acclimatisation Societies. It is prpbable ..that, with the view to give sportsmen the enjoyable pastime oi shooting ducks m the ttubble, the season next year will begin even earlier than this.
