The West Coast RailWAY.
An extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the WellingtonnManai*'' watu Railway. Company was held on Monday, at which the Chairman pro* posed : "That an agent or agents m London ba appointed by the directors under the seal ot the company, with such powers and authorities, and to perform such duties as they shall think fit." This was seconded by Mr John Flimmer, and carried. Various formal additions and alterations to the articles of Association were also made by the authority of the meeting.
