" Kavanagh, the -cabdriver, who has • turned informer, deposed that he drove Bradley, Kelly, Patrick Delanoy, and another man name unknown ' into the Park. '■.>■■* James Oarey and a number of otherg arrived m a oar driven by the prisoner Fitzharris. -■ ' Oarey signalled the approach of Mr Burke and Lord Frederick Cavendish, and after the murder theo assassinf drove away. Brady paid Kavanagh £3 for the job, and gave him a set of harness. K&vr* nagh also drove JBrady, Daniel De Grucy, Kelly, and Hanlan to the-tf^M ef the attack on Field. T Another witness deposed that he saw lone of the assassins linger m the Phoenix Park, and inflict the final stabs on the prostrate bodie3 of the victims. The prisoners appear ,, greatly depressed.
