CROWN LANDS SALE.
It is elsewhere announced by the Commissioner of Crown Lands that on Thursday, the 15th February, at 11 o'clock m the forenoon, forty-fonr sections, varying m area from 40 to 640 acres -will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Institute^ Mastertori. Ihese actions are situate m the following survey districts—namely, Man, gaone, Tiffin , Mangapafceha, Waipawa, Wainmoru Mount Cerberu., Aohanga and Mount Robinson. Also, on Mon' aay the lQtn February, applications to purchase the unsold cash sections m the Fohanoma survey district, Manawatu, ant m the lokomaru block fWanganui), wiJl D e received at the land ,Umce Wellington. Twentj.>five per j cent of the purchase money to be paid ! on the day of sale, and the balance witiun one month. Schedules containing, particulars as to upset price, area of sections &c can be had on application at the Town Clerk's Office, Masterton ; the offices of the Wanganui Harbor ±soard ; and at the Land Office, Wellington. '
