The recent dinner given by the city of London to the Prince of Wales cost the ratepayers £29,700. The corollary to this should be that all the citizens of London are fairly fed, clad, and housed, nnd that none of them ever died of starvation. Unfortunately for all concerned, what should be only paints the moial of a non sequiter.
