Norwich Union Insurance Company, the counsel for, the defence moved for a non-suit, which will be. argued to-morrow. Moses seeks to re., cover £650 insurance on his stock, which was damaged by fire at Timaru last year, and for which he stood his trial for arson,- being acquitted. The Customs' revenue for the year at Lyttelton shows a marked increase, the amount being £20,598.
