CRICKET.
The following are the Rangitikei team who were to play the return match agamst Palmemon, on Mr James Ball's ground, ±*ukenui, to-morrow :— W. Broughton^ : J.JtJrpughton, Blew, Lsvett, Abraham, J. G. Wilson, J. N< Frood, C. W. Maclean, A. E. Remington , G. E J _A^BOji l^ind_Taylo2!L . The Hon. Secretary^ Mr J.. Swift, informs us that he finds it simply impossible to obtain a team to proceed ts Bulls, and therefore the match will hare to be abandoned. A scratch match is to take place on the cricket ground at 2 p.m. to-morrow, at which a good game may belooked forward to.
