I the commissioner oe crown 2 LANDS, for the Province of Marlborough, do herebv give notice that at Noon on THURSDAY, the Twenty-sixth day of May next, the Allotments of TOWN LAND, SUBURBAN LAND, and RURAL LAND set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to AUCTION and offered for Sale by Public Competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in this Province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867.” Ten per cent, of the purchase money must be deposited at the sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit will be forfeited.
