IN accordance with the provisions of the Education Act, Session XI, No 4, it is hereby notified that MONDAY, the Fifteenth day of June, 1868, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., is fixed for the payment of the Household Rate of Twenty Shillings for the year 1868, to be paid to the Schoolmaster, or such other person as may be duly authorised to receive the same, at the School House in each District, respectively, throughout the Province of Marlborough; and notice is also given that legal proceedings will be taken for the recovery of any rates not then paid.
