The Garden.—Take up beet-roots, carrots, parsnips, &c.; so w, in a warm border a first crop of early frame peas, and also a crop of dwarf-growing magazon beans: continue to plant cabbage plan la for cabbaging and coleworts; tie up endive and lettuce; clean the
beds of winter mul spring onions ; plant tatoe onions; make hot beds, and commence forcing early asparagus ; sow a small crop of carrots for early use ; dress the beds of rhubarb, artichokes, asparagus—to the litter apply rail if attainable ; cover up the s'ca-knle to blanch. This is the best season for planting out fruit trees ; sow at this time seed* and nuts of plum, cherry, almond, medlar, apple, pear, .juincc, walnuts, &c. i sow radish, mustard, cress, and spinach ; strike eeraniun.s, China roses, &c, from cuttings; part herbaceous plants ; finish plnnt.ng Cape bulbs • take up dahli.v rcots, and keep them in dry «md; dig the ground; make new plantations; plant thorns for hedgerows; and prune and trim those growing. jr Tug Field. —Sow wheal, Cape Harley, English Hurley, and spring turnips, clear otu the water furrows; sow grass seeds.
