jJAt tbe meeting of the Laud Board last week the following was among tbe business transacted: —

Reconsideration was given to the fallowing applications:—Aaron Dyke. sections 32 Bnd 33, block V, town, of Ranfurly; J. G. Campbell, section 30, block V, town of Ranfurly; A. A. Wright, ■•etion 28, block V, town of Ranfurly. —Former resolutions rescinded. Applications approved, all remaining quar-ter-acre sections to be offered by public auction.

W. E. Beattie applied for a y«ar-to-year license over Ford Reserve, block VI, Upper Taieri district. Tbos. J. Ledingnam (returned soldier) also applied for tbe same area. —Year-to-year license to be granted to David Inder, at £3 10a per annum, subject to usual notice of determination. Applications of Messrs Beattie and Ledingham declined Catherine B. Anderson applied to purchase section 7, block XVI, MaDiototo district. —Application to be recommended for approval of the Minister in terms of sectien 14 of tbe Land Laws Amendment Act of 1912, at a capital value of £4.

W. G. Dowling applied to purchase the fee simple of section 1, block VII, Gimmerburn, and sections 16, 17 and 18, block 1, Maniototo, held by him under perpetual lease. —Approved.
