Ranfuriy v. Patearoa,

The first match of tbe season was played between these two clubs on Saturday week at Patearoa. The day was not at all pleasant for.crirket, being cold and stormy. In a fairly good scoring match Patearoa won by 45 runs. For Raufurly D. Murray played a good safe innings for 34 and Lennane hit well for 13. For Patearoa F.
