W large articles,, 281; value, £53 17a; total articles, 545; total value, £7oloa A small parcel has been forwarded to Miss M'Lean containing the following goods:— 9 suits pyjamas 27 pairs day socks 3 hospital shirts 2 pairs -bed socks ■ 3 flannels 8 handkerchiefs 2 pillow cases Owing to a/good many > subscriptions being yet outstanding, the balance--sheet has not yet been prepared. It is requested that all subs, be paid as soon as possible. ' The room is now closed for six > weeks, but anyone wanting wool can , get it from 'the secretary. The branch is opening tea rooms •gain on New Year's Day in the Oddfellows' Hall and hopea that everyone will help as.they did last year by sending in cakes, sweets, milk, cream and cordials.*
