RULES AND REGULATIONS. All nominations must be in writing, giving name, age, colour and pedigree of horses, and muat in all cases be accompanied with the necessary amount in cash. Nominations for Maiden Handicap and all Trots must state all previous performances All horses nominated for the District and Publicans' Handicaps must have been owned and trained in Lake, Vincent,- Maniototo. Waibemo or Waitaki counties at least three months before the date of meeting. All horses nominated for the Trotting Races must have been owned and trained in the Lake, Vincent or Maniototo Counties, or in the Macraes riding of the Waihemo County oi that portion of the WaitaVi County within the Mount Ida Electoral district, at least three months before the' date of meeting.
