Frank Parker, of Canadian Flat (Air fliacassey) v: The Canadian Flat Hydraulic Sluicing and Electrical Power Transmission Company, Ltd. (aotin-r by its liquidator W E, C. Reid) (Mr Stilline). His Worship found that plaintiff sustained damage and injury to his race and Burning by the wrongiful acts of defendant company and awarded him £37 10s with costs as follows :—Court costs (Dunedin and Naseby, including solicitor's fee of £2 2p), £4 10s, plaintiff's expenses, £l, do. mileage £1 12s, solicitor's fee £2 2s. The total amounts to £46 14s.

At the Magistrates Court the only suit was Dawson (Mr Hjorriiig) v. T. Lennane Claim £3 8s Sd, judgment by default with. 10s costs.
