A REMARKABLE CURE.
oo The Agent-General of Vitadatio, Mr S. A Palmer, has just intimated a most remarkable departure. The works of Charles M. Sheldon have sprung into prominence, and are attracting the attention of the entire English speaking raceß of the world and probably others. Mr Palmer, in his generosity, has arranged with the publishers a for quarter million copies of this most noted author's works, and will send to any address in the colonies, a copy on receipt of twopence in stamps, or the five copies en receipt of sixpence in stamps, which will only cover postage, packing, &c. Vitadatio's aim is not only to cure the people of diseases, but also to instruct and lead their minds to nobler aspirations. The list of books is as follows: —" In His Steps : What Would Jesus Do ?" " The Crucifixion of Phillip Strong," " His Brother's Keeper," " Malcolm Kirk," " Richard Hardy's Seven Days." Mr Palmer is certainly going out of his usual way to reach the people, and practical philanthrophy speaks for itself At any rate he is to be commended.
