Ranker Atkinson forwarded valuation for turnips upon section block XI, Strath* taiuri.—Valuation of £95 12s o<i to be added to the valuation already allowed. James Kerr wrote asking that Forfeiture of his license bo occupy 10 acres of section 51. block I, Rock and Pillar, Ite rescinded. —Referred »o Ranger Atkiuson for report. Henry Barker applied for permission to hold unsold sections at. Roy's Peninsula, on condition that ho undertook to keep the rabbits down.—Gousiderution deferred for a fortnight. William Heffernan's application for a license to occupy unfeoced portion of Nenthorn - mining reserve was declined it*, accordance with Ranger Atkinson's report. Ranger Atkinson reported upon complainV that H. Claffey had fenced in portion ot mining reserve, Macrae*, at present under license to the Mining C-ommutee.—To bo notified that fence must be removed to correct boitudary at once. It whs irsolved to reduce the area of run 226, held by-Thatnas Keenan; SL Bathan*, on account of special claim .having been granted thereon, to the extent of 250 acres, rent to bo reduced by £1 5# 7d per auuuin."
