The conditions of sale are that: One-fifth of the purchase money be paid on fall of the hammer ; the balance, with Crown-grant fee (£1), within 30 days, thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and tbe contract for the sale of the land bo null and void. LEASES. On and after March 1,1899, there will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity section 9, block XVII. and section 7. block XI, Maniototo, total area 608 a lr 28p, at au annual rental of 8 2-5 d per acie; total annual rental £lO 12s.
