CRICKET.

o Canterbury won the cricket match against Auckland by 124 runs. In the match New South Wales v. ictoria, the latter arc out for 320, New South Wales for 263. In the second innings Victoria made 184 and N.S.W. have lost one wicket for 2. The heat has been so intense as to overcome some of the batsmen.
