PUBLIC NOTICE. JLi Naseby Borough Council did, at a meeting lield at the Town Hall, Naseby, on the 21st day of August, 18S9, approve of the foregoing Estimate. And Notice is Further Given that it is the intention of the said Council to make and levy a General Rate of Is in the £ on the value of all rateable property within the Borough, as appears by the Valuation 801 l for the time being ; that such rate shall be made for tho year ending on March 31st, 1890, and shall bo payable in oue sum on September 25th, 18S9; that the particulars of the said rate have been transcribed into a ratebook, in form and manner required by the Bating Act, 1876; and that such rate book is kept at, the Town Clerk's office, Leven-street, Naseby aforesaid; and is open for inspection by all ratepayers, on any working day, between the hours of 2 and 4 o'clock p.m. And Notice is Further Given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held at the Town Hall, Naseby, on September 4th, 18S9, at 8.30 p.m., for the purpose of making the said rate, and that appeals against the rate-book will be heard and considered at the meeting. TOTICE is Hereby Given that the I Borough Council of Naseby intends at a special meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 4, 1889, at 8.30- p.m.:—To make and levy a "Water-rate on the value of that portion of the rateable property within the Borough, as appears by the Valuation 801 l for the time being, which is situate within 100 yards from any part of the waterworks, as provided by Sections 325 and 326 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886." The said rate shall be for one year, commencing on April Ist, 1889, and terminating on March 31st, 1890, and shall be payable in two instalments, on ! September 25th and December 26th, 1889. The rate-book will be open for inspection at the Town Clerk's office, !
