Mr Stanley, the Tory candidate, has been returned for the West Somerset constituency, without opposition. Melbourne, April 26. Malting barley remains at 4s 6d to 4s'Bd, for shipping ; wheat is at 6s 6d; New Zealand feed oats, 3s lOd to 4s; milling, 4s Id to 4s 3d. In the debate on the Address in Beply to the Governor's speech, Mr Berry has proposed an amendment that the House disapproves of the administrative action which has been taken in various departmenis during the recess-. •" ,/
