Wilson be elected Chairman of this Committee for the current year " Seconded by Mr D. Stewart, and carried unanimously. Mr Robert Nicol proposed— :t That, Mr Henry Anderson be elected Clerk and hon. Treasurer." Seconded by Mr 6 A. Wilson and carried .unanimously. Proposed by Mr Glenu—" That the ordinary meetings of this Committee be held on the first .T-issday in each succeeding month during the year." Seconded by Mr Stewart and carried unanimously. Resolved- —" That the Clerk be instructed to inform the Headmaster that the Committee will be glad to receive the usual re port prior to the ordinary monthly meetings being held." Proposed by Mr G. A. Wilson, seconded by Mr R Glenn, and carried unanimously—"That, this Committee record its vote in favor of the gentlemen named below, for the vacant seats in. Education Board for the ensuing year, namely :—Messrs Michael - Fraev, James Green, Keith Ramsay.
