I HEREBY notify that it is my intention, having obtained the consent of the Pastoral tenant, to apply to the Waste Lands Board of Otago on the 30th AUGUST, or as soon thereafter as convenient, for leave to purchase about 400 acres of unsurveyed land situated in Budle Dist-ict, under Section 28, Land Act, 18?7.
