ICotice is Hereby Given that the Maniototo County-Qouncil, at a Special Meeting held on Tuesday, the 7th day of January, 1879, at the County Couucil Chambers, Naseby, resolved that. Clause 1, of Byelaw No 4, be struck out, and that the undermentioned Clause ,fce substituted in lieu thereof; and that a Special Meeting of'the said Council will beheld in the County Council Chambers, Naseby, on Wednesday, the '26 th day of March, 1879, at two o'clock p.m., for tbu purpose of. confirming such resolution, as provided under sub-section 3 of Section 80 of Counties Act, 1876.
