The reefs at Serpentine, which! we Ireported upoUjlately, uavebeen receiving a good deal of.attention. The result is that a number of claims have been pegged but by miners in the neighborhood: on speculation. Mr. Joseph Edmonds— on behalf of Messrs., Hugh M'Gee, George .Quayle, and Edmonds—has reported the discovery of a ree e at Gern.an Jack's, and has applied for a prospecting claim.
