Eobinson, Esq., Warden, afl Assessors.) ■ After the evidence, whicli tremely lengthy, had been gone through (and which will appear in extenso ifl our next issue), the Warden, with thj consent of both parties, put the followl ing issues to the jury:— I 1. "Was the lease dated the 22nd June! 1868, applied for obtained bi Joseph Wickham for himself, on in trust for himself and plaintiff? ] 2. Did the defendants purchase their land, mentioned in the said lease, rightfully, or in fraud of plaintiff? 3. Is the plaintiff entitled to receive any sum or relief from the defendants. answers : 1. In trust for himself and Duffy. 2. Rightfully. 3. Not entitled to relief of any ldn<| from defendants. 1
