SCHOOLMASTER’S DEATH.

Blenheim, Sept. 25. \ As the result of a search AA r hieh had been in progress since yesterday afternoon, the body of Arthur Leslie Rowe, Avho disappeared on Wednesday, was found on Taylor river-bed, on the outskirts of Blenheim, this morning, with a discharged rifle alongside. The deceased, who was 44 years of age, had been a member of the staff of the Marlborough College for the past seven years, while he previously taught at Nelson College. He had been in ill-health for some months and on extended sick leave. He leaves a wife and three grown-up children.
