GOLDEN WEDDING.
MR AND MRS JOHN WALLS To-day Mr and Mrs John Walls, Avell-lknoAvn and esteemed citizens, celebrate their golden wedding. Mr and Mrs Walls Avere married in Wellington by the Rev. Mi* Pennifold on December 19th, 1885. Sliortly after their marriage they took up their residence in Foxton, Avhere they have since resided. Both continue to take au active part in their Avell-known bakery, catering and confectionery business Avkicli they have conducted Avitkout a break throughout the year's of their married life. The family consists of three sons and two daughters, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. A beautifully decorated four-tier Avedding cake will adorn the family festive board in honour of the occasion. In common Avith their many friends, the Herald joins in wishing Mr and Mrs Walls many years of health aud companionship.
