THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wired at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for moderate northerly winds, freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather and warm temperatures, but increasing haze and cloudiness. Barometer falling slowly. Seas smooth to moderate but increasing.
